Visual Composer & Slider Revolution plugins not updating

Hi There,

I just purchased an updated license for Workality Plus, but these two plugins refuse to update. I've tried my license key, which shows as "invalid" when I try to register it in the Plugin Activation area; and I've tried installing the plugin zip files that I get from my Northeme account, but it tells me they're already installed, etc. Please help.
