upload content, cannot show in website.

After I added a few new projects in portfolio page, the new content still cannot show in the website.It seems like there is a delay for the uploading content on the website.I already upgraded and increased my host space. May I ask what's the reason and any solution/suggestion to speed up the web content updating.
