Thumbnail does not link not to single post page as it should do

Hi Mert,

after updating to Reframe Plus 2 my thumbnail linking on work post overview page is not working correctly. Clicking on a portfolio thumbnail links it to the image itself and not to the single post page as it should do… No idea why this is happening. I am getting a little bit confused about the themes structure.
