Social icons broken on mobile

Hi,

Love your themes, great work.

I've used Centreal on this site http://www.hitmygoal.co.uk and when you view on mobile the social icons break and can't be viewed properly, any ideas please?

Also, in Safari v9.1.1 – Header image & titles not visible (except on About Us page).
