after one of the latest updates, the portfolio page behaves a little bit strange. E.g. if you resize the browser window, the portfolio items jump randomly, check here: http://zense.ch/works/

How can I fix the portfolio items (image, title, excerpt) by hight, not by e.g. characters or word count? I try to avoid the following: https://www.dropbox.com/s/5i4q0dfvrsu86fi/hight.png?dl=0
