Long story, but I am pretty sure I have done something on my end. I cannot understand why I now have such a wide (and empty) margin on the right hand side of my single blog posts. And have tried numerous settings that are not helping. Including a couple of CSS suggestions in the support cases here.
My blog pages are only about 1/3 of the width of my page in desktop both in Safari and Chrome.
I am using your standard “Blog” Post. I have removed the sidebar widgets, checked that the settings for single posts and archives are “Single Column – standard” and Single Column – display image before.

I would love it if the single blog posts were full width, or at least as wide as the pages with sidebars. I wouldn’t even mind the large margins if I could get a sidebar on the blog pages. Which I cannot seem to do.
