I placed a <a id=xxxx … on a blog page in the "bottom visual editor". I want the link to go from the top of the page (blog template) to the contact form I placed in the "bottom visual editor".

But using the link only takes me to the bottom of the first post shown on the page.

How do I get it to jump to the bottom of the page – not bottom of first post?
