IMPORT FAILED!

Hello,

I'm working with the Reframe theme and I'm trying to install the demo. I get the following error message:

"IMPORT FAILED!
There is a script conflict caused by a 3rd party plugin or WordPress version.
Please update your WordPres to the latest, disable plugins and make sure the theme installed properly.
CLICK HERE TO REFRESH"

I have the proper requirements, WordPress is up to date and I don't have any wordpress import plugins active. I need this issue resolved as soon as possible.
