How to enable Gutenberg on portfolio custom post type in Workality Plus

Case ID #5679   -   Trouble using a theme feature

Is there a hack to enable Gutenberg editor on the portfolio post type (or other custom post types) in Workality plus.
Anything I can add in my childtheme's php perhaps?
