I do not have the option to add catagories anywhere. The option does not appear in the theme.

How do I add content to those portfolio project pages? There is no visual editor on those pages.

Most important of all, how can I access the templates I made? I made custom templates but I can't access them in the template menu. For instance, in the about vk page, I was trying to lay that page out with a template but it won't let me bring the template in.
