Wrong icons for mobile menu and bottom arrow

After using your fantastic themes privately, in recent years, I have now also bought a license to use at work. Unfortunately, I have encountered some problems. Wrong icons and characters appear for the mobile menu as well as bottom arrow.

Mobile menu icon (to open) shows a "," character
Mobile menu icon (to close) show a "#" character
Bottom arrow on hero page show a "7" character

If our site's code is subject to review, then the above features are currently disabled.
