Workality Plus How to change the formatting of the menu?

Case ID #3187   -   Trouble using a theme feature

I cannot change the formatting of the menu. I don not see the XML file under my theme. I want the links to be displayed on my site but there is only the short lines on the upper right hand corner and when clicked a black sidebar with the menu link appear. I would like to change the menu to buttons on my site.
Please advise where I can find the .XML file or how to format the menu.
