Hi!

A couple of questions as I'm just getting started with this theme. I really want to be able to use it!

1. I am having issues with formatting with visual composer on single page enabled. Can't seem to get headers or even line breaks to appear. Is there something I'm missing? Also, when I add 'header element' shouldn't it be grabbing H1 or H2 settings? Currently comes up as tiny paragraph style.

2. With single page mode, why does the content, in each row, want to sit up at very top of the screen overlapping with logo and menu? How do I push content down into the middle? I've tried padding on norththeme options. I shouldn't have to add empty space element, should I?
