Theme not updating

Case ID #5180   -   Setup / Installation

Hi,

I have recently shifted my website to a new domain and hosting and i am not able to update the theme. It says 'Something went wrong. Make sure that WordPress "uploads" folder has writing permission.' Where as the permissions are granted i checked all sub folders as well.

The requirement page says that ZIp archive is not installed so i installed it as well but it still shows the same message and theme is not updating nor the plugins.

Please help in this regard.
