Theme crashed on latest wordpress update?

I am using the old Centreal theme ( installed 2015) and after an update woth the lates WordPress 4.8 plug in, the website is not loading on the browsers. Do you think it is because the theme is not compatible anymore??

A prompt reply would be appreciated as the website is down.
