Text coming up in Greek symbols on portfolio pages

Hi,

The text on all of our portfolio pages seems to be coming up in greek symbols. The problem seems to only be happening on PCs and not on Macs. We have checked all our different browsers, and are currently updating our theme.

Could you advise on what we should do next?
