Sticky menu left/right margins

Hi Mert
The sticky menu is not aligned left/right with the rest of the content, like it is when "static" is used? How can I make it that? Also it is not dynamic in internet explorer and firefox? Is there a way?

The hero slider is not working in IE. It is just a static photo?
