Short Code Button Gone

Case ID #3507   -   Setup / Installation

Not sure when it happened, but I have lost my short codes button. I have reinstalled the latest update to see if that would fix it, but it did not work.

I also deactivated my plugins to see if that would make it reappear, but failed there too.

Help me bring back the short codes button.
