Reframe Plus grid layout thumbnails not square

I have the grid layout set to "Square" at 500px height and width. For some reason, the thumbnails on this page display in the "masonry" format. I set the thumbnails as square, saved and then regenerated thumbnails and it still didn't fix the issue.
