Problem installing Demo

Hi,

I am trying to install the portfolio demo –
Within wordpress I get a message saying Successfully Downloaded.
But after that the red button to Install does not appear- it still remains as ‘Download’.
I have tried to install the plug-ins as suggested on the page but I do not
get confirmation that they have been installed successfully.

I have also followed your tutorials to increase WP_MEMORY_LIMIT to 256 with Transmit Editor
but this hasn't worked.
Also I can't find the files on my server to increase timings.
