Northeme slider gallery thumbnails

Hi, the thumbnail gallery under the Northeme slider is centered, how can I have the thumbnail gallery left and not centered?
Also, I have increased the size of the slider thumbnails and this has made them fuzzy – how can I get better image quality for my increased in size thumbnails?
