Lightbox not working

Hello,

I've created a new page with the 'Gallery' page template then I've added 3 images via the 'Gallery' section. It is said that 'Lightbox will be activated if "URL" field is blank' but when I go live and click on an image, it opens the JPG in a new window. Why is Lightbox not working?
