Inserted Video displays blank space top and bottom

Case ID #4440   -   Setup / Installation

I've inserted a video which is 1920 × 410. There is a bunch of blank space top and bottom. When I use inspect it says it is the default size which is 1032×580.5. Where is the setting to allow the size to be the correct height?
