How to change the portfolio title from "PORTFOLIO"

Hi,
Love the RF+ theme – really nice.
I've created a menu item which points to the PORTFOLIO post type archive, and labelled it "Work". When I select this in a browser tab, the title for tab says "PORTFOLIO" and I'd like to change that to "Work". Can someone please point me to the place where I make this change ?
