How do I change the aspect ratio of the Gallery Images on Product Pages

Hello.

Am currently adding Products to my site and my product images are being cropped to 600x600px, but I want them to be displayed in portrait ratio, eg 600x900px. Is this controlled within the Northeme > Appearance settings, and if so, where?
