How can I remove the gray bar?

Case ID #4572   -   Setup / Installation

I have marked the gray bar with „how can I remove..“ in red letters. The bar goes away after a few seconds, but I wanted to remove it permanently or make it invisible.

Is there a way to do that, Do I need to change css?
