Hello there!

I have two custom post type; one that is my art portfolio and another that is a larger art project that I am doing.
Both art nested inside the overarching page that includes all art related business.

My problem is that when exploring the portfolio and art project the hierarchy of permalinks do not stay constant.

For example when I click ART -> Portfolio -> Then any random work …. the url suddenly changes from http://www.unusmundusproject.com/art/portfolio to http://www.unusmundusproject.com/project/nameofthework
when I want it to say http://www.unusmundusproject.com/art/portfolio/nameofthework

Same goes for the art project portion. And futhermore when I use my side bar menu my permalink does not stay constant. When following this:
ART -> Coordinate Works -> United States
The permalink changed from… http://www.unusmundusproject.com/art/coordinate-works to http://www.unusmundusproject.com/location/united-states
when I want it to reflect the actual hierarchy that makes logical sense: http://www.unusmundusproject.com/art/coordinate-works/united-states

After many hours of trial and error with the slugs and menu arrangements and parent page orientation I have finally decided that I must be missing something and gave up trying.
