General theme pricing + availability question

My question is not about madrigal in particular,
but about our license in general with northeme themes.

We have the license to all themes until sept 12 2017.
What happens if we don't renew?

We lose the updates only?
We lose the ability to install any of our themes we already have to any other website?
We lose the themes from the websites they are already installed?
Or something different entirely?

I have searched but not found a definite answer.
