Full Width with Visual Composer

Hi, I hope you can help me..
How i can create and manage rows with full width using plug-in visual composer.
I already search in foruns for a answer for this, but i didn't find a resolution.

the row stretch options didn't appear as option in my theme.

Could you please help me solving this?
