I want to write a blockquote which has different multiple colours for the text in it.

Example

As a user (black)

I would like to see what other people think about the subjects I’m interested in, (#ff6600)

so that (black)

I can learn more from like-minded people.” (#ff6600)

I tried to add some styles to it (example below) but they didn't work.

<p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-size: 21px;">"As a user, </span> <span style="font-size: 21px; color:#ff6600">"</span>

How can I have this one blockquote with all the sentence being the same font, weight, size etc but just some sections being in a different colour?
