Caption Below Photos in Gallery?

Hi,

I'm revamping my photo website using the Reframe Plus template. Works great! Easy and clear. Like it. Just a tiny question. Is it possible to ad Image captions in a gallery below an image? I can place the text on the left or right side but viewing on a mobile platform changes the place of the text. I don't want text placed into an image because it's not very visible.
