Support Centreal Plus

Can't register theme.

Hello,

I have just installed Centreal Plus theme (V2.5.5) on WordPress 4.9.4 and when I try to register it with the serial key from my account page I get an error with says "Something went wrong. Please try again.". I've tried it several times with no success. How can I fix this? I've checked the requirements page and my hosting fulfills all the requirements except Time Limit, which I believe shouldn't affect since I am not installing a live demo feature.
