I'm having trouble with updating the theme using the built-in updating feature, after having installed Centreal and created a child theme. When trying to use the updater, among other features, I'm greeted with a grey overlay. I've tried switching to Centreal (in lieu of the child theme) to run the update, and I'm greeted with the same issue.

Please help if you can!
