I have similar issues before but it was always limited to some pages or browsers and I was able to sort them by clearing the cache. This time is happening across all pages and all browsers and cache clearing isn't working.
The theme isn't displaying at all and the site is loading as simple html. I'm not sure it is related with the theme. What could be the issue?
