A Bunch of Problems: Typekit, Layout, Template

Hello,

recently I ran into several problems adjusting the site using WordPress 4.3.1 with the recent version of Reframe Plus:

Typekit works for headlines but nor for body,

Blog layout is set to Post Display Limit "12" and "Page Numbers" for Pagination Type, but displays only one post and a "load more"-button

When blog layout is set to standard the first post is displayed twice.

When front page is set to "blog" (the page using the "blog" template) an error message is displayed that reads "This page generated with Home Template. Go to Pages at admin dashboard in order to manage its content." This appears also when clicking on the "blog" menu item (but changes when front page is set to "portfolio")
